New Client Reservations
To reserve your first appointment, a deposit of 25% of the starting service price is required. This deposit will be applied toward your final total at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments may result in a 50-100% charge to the card on file or forfeiture of the deposit.
This policy ensures our team is compensated for the time reserved exclusively for you.
Retail Purchases
All retail purchases are final sale.
Hair Extensions Policy
Due to the nature of the product, all hair extension purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
